Join Shining Kids Yoga (our kids yoga program) for a fun yoga class for the whole family! 
This class will meet outside at Village Green Park in Rockville

We'll practice yoga poses that parents and kids can do together and play some fun yoga games! This class is appropriate for parents and kids ages 3-11.

Please bring your own yoga mats, a beach towel, and water bottle.
